During the COVID-19 pandemic, almost every aspect of implementing Federal statutes and regulations was impacted. Now that students are back in the classrooms, what should States focus on regarding confidentiality and privacy for students with disabilities? The presenter, Marion Crayton, OSEP’s Monitoring and State Improvement Planning Lead for Confidentiality under IDEA will provide an overview of confidentiality requirements as well as discuss post-COVID considerations.
