Honestly I thought this was trash until I realised it had an SD slot, now I have really been enjoying the SEGA CD games I have missed!
1) format SD card (exfat)
2) create a folder called "game" on the root
3) fill it with roms, but make sure the extensions are correct!
Atari 2600 = example.a26
Atari 7800 = example.a78
Game Boy Advance = example.gba
Sega Game Gear = example.gg
Nintendo Entertainment System = example.nes
Super Famicom / Nintendo = example.sfc
Sega Genesis = example.bin
Sega CD = example.bin
for SEGA CD roms be sure to put all the bios files in the same directory as the games. Download them from google, and rename them like this for them to work.
Universal = bios_cd_u.bin
Japan = bios_cd_j.bin
Europe = bios_cd_e.bin
