In this video, I talk about why I think Pixar should stop making so many sequels. I avoid talking about the idea that these movies are "sellouts," and instead try to argue that Pixar, as a studio, is just not built to give us good sequels. The problem comes down to two things. First, the animation is less interesting in sequels. Second, I feel Pixar has less to accomplish with their sequels.
