Hey GutSquad! Today’s video is full of answers I’ve found to those pesky questions for which my stoma nurse didn’t have an answer. I’ve had a few stoma nurses and they’ve all be amazing, but experience is the best teacher and learning how to cope with specific ostomy issues from ostomates themselves is a great way to go. Discussion forums, Reddit posts, Facebook groups, and just living daily life with my stoma have taught me more than anything else.
