25 April 2015, the news of Nepal earthquakes shocked the world. Thousands of people are killed and millions are still suffering. Although international aids are coming from all over the world to help the ones in need, many of them are still on their own.
Even in the capital, Kathmandu, people are suffering from the lost of property and the ability to make a living, let alone the rural area that can hardly be reached by transportation.
12 June 2015, we, BROKEBACKBROTHERS, are here to re-visit Nepal, the place we love. The place has changed a lot since then. The main roads used to fill with tourists from all over the world, the empty trucks used to load with trekkers that were ready for their expeditions and the old towns are built with hundred years old historical sculptures. NOW THEY ARE ALL GONE.
Just another normal day wandering in Kathmandu, we accidentally bumped into this man, Raju, from Rajasthan, India, who lives in Nepal. He shared about his feeling for the earthquakes. He took us around the city centre and invited us to his temporary home, the SLUM. He's not asking for any money and treated us with a simple indian dinner with beans curry and chapati.
Sharing is not about the quantity you give. He took us to see the other side of Nepal which we have never seen before. Raju had shared all that he have. No one there is harping about poor living environment nor insufficient living necesities, because that is the only way they can live now. We are all surprised by their possitivity.
Happiness is only real when shared.

We had tried our best to give back, by buying some wheats, milk powder for them. Those may not sound much, but that's what we all can do to support.
WE ARE NOW URGING ANY ONE OF YOU, WHO ARE PLANNING YOUR VISIT TO NEPAL. GO VISIT THE AREA. TRY TO BE A LITTLE MORE THAN A ❝TOURIST❞ TOURIST.
NOT JUST NEPAL TOURISM NEEDS YOU,
BUT THE PEOPLE THERE ALSO.
