Rolling stealth attack: You'll need the Silent Roll + Critical Charge perks and a one handed weapon.
- Roll + attack while rolling = charge attack that maintains stealth

Elemental Fury for Movement: You'll need the Elemental Fury shout, Dual Flurry perk, and an UNENCHANTED dagger in your right hand and any other one handed weapon in your left hand.
- Shout + w + m1 (like a braindead tf2 pyro with Dragon's Fury) = you can actually get to the cloud district pretty quickly
