In honor of the Crossfit Regionals going on right now, I decided to give Linda a shot. Man, What a tough Workout!
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 of Deadlift, Bench Press, and Squat Cleans. The weight is 220 on the DL, 135 on the Bench Press ( I did it at 115), and 105 on the Squat Cleans.
