There are many MTRCB Parental Guidance videos on YouTube, but only a few of them have it without any watermarks, and they are usually of very low quality.
This version is 480p 16:9 but has been filtered with a noise reduction filter to remove the analog TV fuzziness and has been applied with upscaling to enhance the resolution.
The video and audio is from ABSCBN. This version of the MTRCB PG usually plays after TV Patrol. I may consider re-capturing it because of the missing 1 second in the start (it was crossfaded with the TV Patrol logo)
