Ingredients:
6 cups of rice
Pepper mix
8 tomato plums
3 red bell peppers
3 habanero peppers or to your taste
4 cloves of garlic
Small piece of ginger
1 onion bulb.
Tomato pasta used:
Small Derica
Spices used:
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon curry powder
3 bayleaves
1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
2 beef seasoning cubes
Salt to your taste
3 larg onions to fry the jollof stew
Vegetable oil as needed.
For garnishing i used:
2 tablespoons butter
1 sliced large red onion
1 sliced large plum tomato.
