That's my 90 day body transformation.
I wanted to change my body (and habits), because I really didn't like my body, and I decided to make f*ckin' change!
The way was not easy because of this Covid situation, but I gave the best of me. The hardest moment was when the gyms closed, but I kept hope.
In fact I gain weight really slow, because of my metabolism and that was the hardest in the challenge.
Also I changed my daily habits, read a book every day, cold shower every morning(that's not filmed).
