This exercise is used to gain muscular endurance in your back and abs muscles, as well as prepare you for obstacle course race movements of hoisting yourself up and over a wall. It Also builds back and core muscular endurance so you complete your race successfully!
Make sure you can successfully do pull ups before your try this move. Always remain in control of the movement.
