• Bone-In Chicken Breast
• Brown Sugar Brine
• Compound Butter

Directions:
1. Submerge the bone-in chicken breasts in a brown sugar brine overnight to infuse them with flavor.
2. Remove the chicken breasts from the brine and pat them dry. Season generously with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and fresh thyme.
