simple and easy to cook:
Ingredients:
5c glutinous rice
1tsp turmeric powder
1chicken cubes
1med size onion
1/2 clove garlic
1tsp chicken soup base
2c chopped pork in cubes
1/2 c chicken liver
1.5c Chinese sausage
1med size red bell pepper
1/2c raisins
1c green peas or chickpeas/garbanzos
Salt & pepper to taste
2hard boiled egg for garnish
