Ulam Raja (Cosmos Caudatus)
Indian Holy Basil Leaves
Young Kaffir Lime Leaves
Lemongrass
Bunga Kantan (Ginger Flower)
Red Onions
Fresh Turmeric
Other ingredients
Kerisik (Toasted Grated Coconut) - Grind
Fried Dried Shrimps - Grind
Fried Salted Fish - Chopped into smaller pieces
Cooked Rice

The main ingredients to make a successful serving is the mixture of wide varieties of aromatic greens and herbs, especially Daun Cekur and Daun Kaduk. Without these two ingredients, regardless of how you mix it, Nasi Ulam will never taste as delicious as the authentic. This dish can be served as its own or with side dishes like Fried Fish or Meat, it's tasty, healthy and extremely appetizing.
