Instant Yeast - 1 tsp

All Purpose Flour - 1 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Yeast Mixture
Milk - as needed
Oil

For Hummus:
Sesame Seed - 5 tbsp
Olive Oil - 1/2 cup
Chickpeas (Boiled) - 1 cup
Garlic Crushed - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Zeera Powder (Cumin) - 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
if needed: Cold Water - 2-3 tbsp
Olive Oil
Paprika

For Falafel:
Coriander - 1/2 cup
Parsley - 1/2 cup
Green Chilli - 3-4
Onion - 1/2
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Zeera (Cumin) - 1/2 tsp
Garlic Clove - 3-4
Chickpeas (soaked overnight) - 1 cup
