Created by beer baron Adolphus Busch (of the Anheuser-Busch brewing conglomerate) and once considered the “8th Wonder of the World,” Busch Gardens reimagined the steep, sloping landscape of Pasadena's dry river (the Arroyo Seco) with sprawling, manicured gardens and ornate design features like rock walls, fountains and other water features. Here's where to trace its remains today, in a quiet residential subdivision created after the gardens closed in 1937.
