Today i’ll be showing you how to make lamb chops! I experimented 3 times developing this recipe before I was happy with it, hope you enjoy!
What you’ll need (3 servings)...
Lamb Chop Marinade:
-9 lamb chops | about 3-4 lb (local Halal store)
-1/3 cup olive oil
-1 tsp Cumin powder
-1 tsp Coriander powder
-1 tsp Turmeric powder
-1/4 tsp Chili powder
-1 tsp Salt
-1/2 tsp Black pepper
-1 Tsp Dried rosemary
-1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme
-1/2 tsp Dried mint
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
-1 tsp garlic paste
-1 tsp ginger paste
-15 garlic cloves
-2 Tbs Olive oil
-2 Tbs Salted Butter
-1/2 Tsp salt
-Fresh Thyme
-Fresh Rosemary
Mint chimichurri Sauce:
-1/2 Cup Cilantro
-1/2 Cup Parsley
-1 Cup Mint
-1/4 Cup Olive Oil
-1 Tsp Salt
-1 Tsp Garlic paste
-1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
-1/4 cup Water
Garnishing:
-Fresh Rosemary
-Fresh Thyme
-Mint Chimichurri
