The common problem is incorrect rev readings after swap from 4 cylinders to 6 cylinders (e.g. m20, m50, m52, m54, S50, S52, S54 engines).
You can fix this problem by using OEM coder from 6 cylinder car, but it's a rare coder.
Another solution is to use coding plug replacement board for 6 cyl, swap it with your old coding plug board, and you are ready to go! Just plug and play!
