Yakimeshi is japan's own version of pan fried rice, literally the easiest to make at home. It’s a rice dish that’s made using leftover rice with eggs, veggies, meats and seafood.
Ingredients:
3 cups left over rice
300 g por shoulder / belly
3 eggs
4 cloves garlic
2 green onion
1 1/2 tsp/ sake
2 tbsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
