Now this is a SWEET protein bar - literally. Myprotein Layered Bar is a protein bar that chases flavor, and their latest flavor (Birthday Cake) has a HUGE strip of caramel and sprinkles inside. The sweetness is nearly off the charts with this one.
It does have the most calories compared to their other flavors, but it's also... better -- if you like it crazy sweet. Used as a dessert, this should EASILY shut down anyone's sweet tooth for the night, helping you close down the kitchen. Alternatively, hit it for a post-workout dopamine spike, because this bar brings the feel-goods and then some.
If you're not into overly sweet stuff, check out the other two flavors. But if protein bars are often too bland for you, Myprotein's Birthday Cake could be what you've been looking for. It's nearly insane.
