This video explores the abilities, powers, and origin of the 80's classic Hasbro action figure and Marvel Comics character "Zartan." From his mysterious upbringing likely in Nice France, probably receiving training at the Saint Cyr military academy in Europe, having a younger brother and sister that are twins named Zandar and Zarana as well as a daughter named Zanya, having exceptional intellect and gifts like being a ventriloquist and polyglot as well as knowing how to mimic voices that allow him to impersonate anyone, a nearly mutant-like ability to change his skin color and using mystical knowledge and holographic technology to look like anyone and become invisible, mistakenly taking out the Arashikage clan Hard Master while attempting to frame Storm Shadow for Snake Eyes' would-be demise after being hired for the task by Cobra Commander, operating out of his Florida Everglades swamp lair when founding his Dreadnoks biker team, becoming head of security for headquarters on Cobra Island, being one of the few villains to ever infiltrate the G.I. Joe headquarters called The Pit, to run-ins with various heroic G.I. Joe's as well as famously taking down the Cobra Emperor named Serpentor during the Cobra Civil War storyline; Let's take a look at the most mysterious G.I. Joe villain, and the best Master of Disguise in the world.
