Creamy Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Chopped garlic - 1 tablespoon
Chopped green chilli - 1
Chopped onion - 1 mid sized
Sliced button mushrooms - 200 grams
Milk - 200 ml
Fresh cream - 150 grams
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Basil powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Melted butter - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Maida + water - 1 tablespoon + 2 tablespoons
Boiled pasta - 150 grams
Cheddar cheese - 100 grams

Preparation
In a pan add olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped green chilli, chopped onions and sauté. Add sliced button mushrooms and mix well. Add milk, fresh cream and mix well. Add chilli flakes, black pepper, basil powder and mix well.
Add melted butter, salt, maida + water mix and continue to mix. Add boiled pasta and cheddar cheese and mix well.
