A lone elevator in block C of the new town hall (Neues Rathaus) of Kiel. The button panel states the year 1958 but the elevator itself looks far newer than that, so obviously this must've been modernized most likely in the 1980s to its current look. It uses Schaefer MT 28 buttons and for some reason, a Thyssen style floor indicator. There are two call button panels outside; the lower one with the bigger green button is for wheelchair user since the original call button is too high for them to reach. Oh, and listen to that nice motor sound upon stopping! It sounds like the old 1973 R. Stahl elevators at the Förde Parkhaus.
