After four years, I finally redid this cover! When I made my first cover of this, I didn't tell any friends/family about my channel because I was so shy about my music. I had only been uploading for a month or so. Sanctuary was the first video I showed to my family/friends. Some of the words to this song express how I feel about music (a new land, fears melt away, music will tie, etc). It’s hard to put into words but I’m thankful for Utada Hikaru for writing this song; and also for vgm and this whole journey! Huge thank you to Matt for playing guitar in this cover and for being awesome all the time.
I also did one of the "affection" lines reversed, like how it is in the original.

I remembered the gist of this song while also starting fresh! I’m so glad that I finally redid it and that I can share it with you now. Thank you so much for your support!
