The centre has opened online bookings for special AC trains that will start running from Tuesday in a bid to resume operations as the country looks to return to some form of normalcy amid the coronavirus lockdown. The number of Shramik special trains bringing back migrant workers to their states is also being increased. But on the highways, things are far from normal. Thousands of migrant workers are still walking home, some with as little as Rs 10.
