‘Now I’m Here’ was released on 17 January 1975 as a single from the ‘Sheer Heart Attack’ album. The song, written by Brian May, features a dynamic guitar riff and showcases Freddie Mercury’s versatile vocals. May believed it would make a great opening song and since release, it has gone on to become the song Queen have performed live more than any other.
