When running sorties you will mainly get rivens and Anasa Ayatan Sculptures. You can also get Endo, Kuva, 3 day boosters and an exilus adapter. Remember you have to have completed the war within to actually be able to run this mission so make sure you're done all of that. You also get a good amount of credits from running this everyday. About 100k if you complete it.
