What's up guys! Today's video is a volleyball change of direction workout, and explosive training for volleyball. So we get started with some mobility for volleyball players, involving lots of hip mobility for volleyball and some upper body volleyball mobility and T-Spine mobility for volleyball. Then we move into some plyometrics for volleyball explosiveness. Since it's a change of direction and agility training session with many lateral movements, much of the focus is on lateral plyometrics for volleyball, and then we get into more multidirectional plyometrics. We have some extensive low level plyometrics for volleyball and then progress all the way to banded jumps and hurdle jumps. After, we get into change of direction for volleyball and agility drills to volleyball. The goal is working on being explosive for volleyball. We're training our quickness, speed, reaction, and agility for volleyball so that we can be explosive and powerful for volleyball.
