Three thousand Serb refugees from towns recently captured by Croat
forces in Bosnia have arrived in Banja Luka. In the biggest movement of Serb civilians in the war, their column of cars, trucks and livestock stretched for more than a kilometre. The Bosnian Serb leader, Radovan Karadzic, vowed on Thursday to retake the towns from which the refugees had fled.

are now arming themselves, the us congress allows that, we issued
orders for the liberation of the serb areas, areas that always
used to be serbian, our army is preparing iteself to liberate
those places. we are not just talking about a bosnian croat
aggression, we are talking about an aggression by the republic of
croatia. the us congress should have introduced sanctions on
croatia instead of allowing the moslems to arm themseleves. they
are completely irresponsible"
