Scene: Alec receives a message from Luke about the Forsaken attack. Lydia goes with him to check it out. They talk about marriage and her lost husband. As talking with Luke, he exposes his believes that Valentine might be going after former members of The Circle. Lydia talk about enforcing the security on the Institute and Alec agrees for Hodge, but she says is for his parents too. Alec finally find out that his parents were members of the Circle as well.
