I’ve discovered an easy way to sprout seeds, one which requires less effort than sprouting seeds in a jar.

Although I will always use a jar for seed sprouting, due to its simplicity and few actual tools involved, this new approach is even simpler!

All you need is a seed sprouting tray and some seeds. Seeds grow in a microgreens style, allowing you the versatility of using the tray for both sprouts and microgreens.
