On April 9, 2021, ahead of World Parkinson’s Day, two SFU alumni whose lives are affected by Parkinson’s Disease, took part in a panel discussion, on the way forward with research, innovation and impact of the disease. Panelists include Dr. Anish Kanungo, movement disorder neurologist; Bob de Wit, young-onset Parkinson’s patient; Susan Richards de Wit, SFU alumnus, Dr. Alexandra T. Greenhill, co-founder and CEO of Careteam Technologies; Dr. Frank Lee, professor in SFU’s Faculty of Health Sciences; Debashis Chanda, associate professor at the University of Central Florida. Sobhana Jaya-Madhavan, associate vice president of SFU External Relations, moderated.
