First let's talk about the Bennifits of Chow-Chow. Chayote or Chow-Chow contains essential vitamins and minerals. It is especially rich in vitamin C , which the body cannot produce on its own. It also contains vitamin B6 and vitamin K and minerals like potassium , manganese, zinc and copper.
