r e c i p e s:
breakfast oats!
1/4 cup sprouted oats
1/4 cup filled with berries
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tbspn PB
1/4 cup granola
kimchi-jjigae
ingredients: onion, gochujang, kimchi, minced garlic, pork belly, chicken stock, scallion, tofu
instructions, stir fry onion and pork belly with minced garlic until lightly cooked, add kimchi and stir fry, then add chicken stock and 1 tbspn gochujang, let boil for 10-15 minutes covered, add salt and pepper to taste, add tofu for the last 5 minutes and top with scallion to garnish! eat with rice :)
crispy tofu
drain tofu and cut into cubes or any shape, coat with 1 tbspn of cornstarch, pan fry, add teriyaki sauce at the end, eat with sauté veggies and rice!
