From 1970, Bob (Bob McGrath) sings "The People in Your Neighborhood", written by Jeff Moss, with a Garbageman (Jim Henson) and a Barber (Frank Oz). This goes out to Jester D ([ Ссылка ]), a proud garbageman out there just doing his job during these wild and crazy days. He writes:
"Right now I am feeling an extra sense of pride and purpose as I do my work. I see the people, my people, of my city, peeking out their windows at me. They're scared, we're scared. Scared but resilient. Us garbagemen are gonna keep collecting the garbage, doctors and nurses are gonna keep doctoring and nurse-ering. It's gonna be ok, we're gonna make it be ok. I love my city. I love my country. I love my planet Earth. Be good to each other and we'll get through this. (Two hearts emoji)"
Right on, JD! So, let's give each other, especially the people in *your* neighborhood, just a little extra love during these tough times and we'll get through this together. This song originally appeared in Episode 45, but I had to rip if from my copy of Episode 115, which I could have sworn I uploaded already. Cue my next project!
