With inspiration from the one and only YouTuber Johan Segeborn, I tried to use an EQ in the FX loop of my Marshall 1987x to get a more modern tone.

Amp settings: Everything at 6 except presence at 8 and the normal channel which is not used at all.

Signal chain: Gibson Les Paul Custom (D tuning) - Boss SD-1 - Marshall 1987x with Boss GE-7 in the fx loop - Two Notes Torpedo Reload - Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 - Logic - Two Notes WOS with a Marshall 1960A virtual cab with G12T-75 speakers and a virtual SM57.

No processing except a little bit of reverb from the WOS plugin.
