This London restaurant is one of many businesses and homes damaged by flooding after heavy rains on Monday. Flash floods across the capital caused travel disruption and closures after nearly three inches of rain fell in 90 minutes. Joseph Wilkins, the owner of the Trailer Happiness bar in Portobello Road, said he was taken aback by the speed at which the water rose. Footage he took from inside his bar shows the premises flooded by at least 1.5 feet of water
