Napa Cabbage
garlic cloves minced
white onion minced
ginger, grated approx 75 grams (2.5oz)
spring onions chopped
carrots 2 inch match sticks
Radish cut in 2 inch match sticks
¼ - ⅓ cup Gochujang paste or Korean red pepper powder
2 tablespoons of fish sauce or soy sauce
¼ cup sea salt
