He looked at my form on few Front Squats and felt this would help me hold the bar in a better/Stronger position on my hands and Collar bone so the weight was not on my finger tips.
For anyone who has issues holding a bar in the "Front Rack Position" or for anyone who is looking to improve position

After we finished, i felt a little dizzy because i had now changed my "normal posture" and had opened up more so i felt taller and my horizon was now higher. It was pretty cool actually.
