அரிசி மாவு / Rice flour - 1/2 Cup
வெங்காயம் / Onion - 2
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves
கருவேப்பிலை / Curry Leaves
உப்பு / Salt
பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida - 1/4 Spoon
சோம்பு / Fennel Seeds - 1/2 Spoon
மிளகாய் தூள் / Chilli Powder - 1/2 Spoon
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green Chilli - 2
இஞ்சி / Ginger
இடிச்ச பூண்டு / Crushed Garlic - 10 Nos
நல்லெண்ணெய் / Sesame Oil
