This one is tricky, here is the input sequence:
SI Ult -- Switch HS -- Tap Ult (switch weapon once) -- Start holding ATK (never release) -- Tap Ult (switches weapon twice, do not tap more than once) -- Evade as soon as you see the weapon switch -- Hold Ult
It's a little hard to see what's happening here, but you can use the frame by frame advance of youtube to verify it. At 0:03, right before the ultimate begins you can hear the "ding" sound from the combo attack. If you go through it frame by frame, you can see her SP going from 126 to 133 (7 SP because my HS is SS0). This essentially costs no time, when comparing it side by side with just ulting normally, it's like 5 frames slower.
Should be very obvious why this is very broken as it's just free 5/7 SP as long as one of the combo attacks is available, which can be planned around. It even lets you ult when you're below 125 SP, as long as the combo attack get you above that threshold.
Edit: Turns out this is more buggy than I thought initially. At the end of the above sequence, if you release ATK -- start holding it again -- Tap Ult -- Evade -- Tap Ult, you will be able to do another combo attack with almost no animation time. This can be done with all 3 combo attacks for a total of 21 free sp within less than 20~ frames. Every additional combo attack makes it harder to perform, and I think more than 1 is simply not practical, but the option is there.
