Organised by the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre since 2011, the Singapore Health Quality Service Award is Singapore’s first dedicated platform to honour healthcare professionals who have delivered quality care and excellent service to patients.
This year the awards were presented to 3,343 winners from 23 healthcare institutions. There was strong representation from public and private healthcare institutions, community hospitals and the Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) sector.
Superstar awards were conferred on top winners from each category and Best Team awards were given out to teams that have improved clinical practice and service initiative.
