Last week we made the Hot Zombie from 1941. Trader Sam's bartender, Kelly Merrell returns to The Breezeway to show us his OWN Hot Zombie recipe. Was it any good??

To make the the drink in the video you will need:

1/2 oz falernum
1 dash of Angostura bitters
1/8 tsp Pernod
1/2 oz cinnamon syrup
1 oz 151 demerara rum
1/2 oz Appleton 12
4 oz boiling hot water
--------------------------------------
Pour ingredients into a stemmed glass with a handle. Fill with hot water and stir well. Garnish with grapefruit infused whipped cream and freshly grated nutmeg.
