My guest on the podcast today is Peter Park. Peter is the physical trainer of some of the sport's top riders like Chase Sexton, Levi Kitchen and Tom Vialle. While he has some of the best Supercross athletes in the world, he also trains quote-unquote “normal” people out of his gym in Santa Barbra. He has years of experience with athletes from Lance Armstrong to high level CEO’s and has lived an awesome life all following his passion of training and movement.
