There is a very large (Mislead) proportion of golf instruction world against the "Pulling Concept" which is backed up by Physics. You can't argue with Physics, so everything else is just someones idea or opinion. Please post you ideas on this video in the comments, but Physics tells us we need to pull the golf club (Centripetal Force) This is the force that keeps the golf club moving in a circular path around the golfer's body during the swing.
At the top of the backswing we also need to change the direction or momentum of the swing from backswing to downswing, this requires a force to switch the direction of the momentum, e.g, pull it to slow down the momentum and change direction into the downswing.
