This is the BGM for the "And now, the ribbon is tied" event. It plays when you're scrolling through the event story tab and click on the event. Event BGMs act as a sort of instrumental for the comissioned song of said event, though if the event has no comissioned songs it usually just plays pre-existing BGMs.

The BGM can be looped if you want it to.
