Aerial drone footage of some of the flooding in the Kansas City, MO metro area as Caleb Elliott and Robin Lorenson documented flash flooding in the Kansas City area as rain waters closed numerous roads around the Metro area. Law enforcement put up barricades across the city near flooded out roads to prevent drivers from attempting to cross while waiting for flood waters to recede.
