But the big question is: Did you have a choice? In most cases, the answer is no. UPDATE: After production and during editing of this video, the U.S. House voted on March 17th to pass the FAIR (Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal) Act, which would end forced arbitration and restore the right of workers, consumers, nursing home residents, and small businesses seeking to enforce their rights under the law.
