Pokémon Sword and Shield are potentially the most hated games in the franchise - at least by the fans. While I do think a lot of the dislike is warranted as the games are the most clear example we have of Gamefreak cutting corners in development, the games are not entirely bad. In this video, I hope to explore my biggest grievances with the game, offering solutions to them, as well as explain what I think the game has done well (Spoiler alert: Hop is in this last list, believe it or not).
