This video covers the moving of a VM from VirtualBox over to Proxmox VE. I did run into a couple of hiccups during the migration, but the process itself is sound. I was able to take an OVA file from Bitnami and use the process to move the VMDK to Proxmox and attach it to a new VM successfully.
